Shipping Policy

At FitnessMoral, our services are fully digital — designed to offer convenience, speed, and flexibility. As such, there are no physical items shipped. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your coaching plan will be delivered after purchase.

1. Digital Service Delivery

All coaching programs, meal plans, workout schedules, and related materials are delivered digitally via:

  • Email communication
  • Direct messaging (via WhatsApp, if applicable)
  • Client dashboard or app access (if included in your plan)
2. Delivery Timeline

Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email within 1–2 business days. Your coaching plan or onboarding material will typically be delivered within:

  • 48–72 working hours from the time of registration and data submission.

Delays may occur if required onboarding details (e.g., health info, progress photos) are missing.

3. Incomplete Information

If your onboarding form, assessment, or required documents are incomplete, plan delivery may be paused until all necessary information is received. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if additional input is needed.

4. Weekend & Holiday Processing

We operate Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Communication Channels

All updates related to your plan delivery, follow-ups, and tracking will be communicated through the email you provide during registration. Please ensure you check your inbox (and spam folder) after payment confirmation.

6. Failed Deliveries

If you do not receive your plan within the expected timeline, please contact our support team immediately. Common reasons for delay include:

  • Incorrect or misspelled email address
  • Technical issues or bounced emails
  • Incomplete client onboarding form

7. No Physical Shipping

FitnessMoral does not ship any physical items. All content is designed to be accessed online or via downloadable formats. If any merchandise is offered in the future, a separate shipping policy will be provided.
