I heard that line during my first job at the age of 22 when I was at my worst—104 kg, struggling with energy, confidence, and discipline. It hit me hard. I was so focused on work and daily routines that I ignored the one thing that truly carried me through life—my health.

That moment sparked a change. I decided I wouldn't let my body hold me back anymore. Over the next 1.5 years, I transformed naturally, dropping to 77.5 kg—not through quick fixes, but by building sustainable habits. I balanced my fitness journey with a full-time job, learning how to make progress without extreme restrictions or exhausting routines.

Now, fitness isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. I share my journey publicly on Instagram, coach people to achieve sustainable fat loss, and help them build habits that enhance both their health and productivity.
